Phyllis Fogelman Books
Phyllis Fogelman Books was announced in September 1998, when Ms. Fogelman, previously the Publisher of Dial Books for Young Readers, was given her own imprint. The new imprint, which was launched in Fall 1999, publishes fifteen to twenty high-quality, well-designed books for children from preschool age through young adult. Ms. Fogelman continues to work with a number of the award-winning authors and artists she published and edited during her long career at Dial; they include Caralyn and Mark Buehner, Tom Feelings, Julius Lester, Marianna Mayer, Jerry and Gloria Jean Pinkney, Mildred Taylor, and Jean Van Leeuwen.
