Summary:
Katherine Nilsson is studying to be a parasitologist, and is given the rare opportunity to study under the legendary Dr. Alexandro D'Azavedo who practices medicine in the Paraguayan Chaco and heads an underground to help the oppressed of his country's government flee from tyranny.
